Discouraging news from my physical therapist yesterday. He finally admitted that shoulder displacements are one of the most difficult areas to treat and that 50% of them won't stay in place. Mine isn't better after 2 months, so the prognosis is grim (my interpretation). He brought out the big guns yesterday, and we're gonna work harder on it than ever. Midday Snack I've hurt my shoulder and can't be on the computer much, so I grabbed something from the archives. Taken at the Ridgefield wildlife refuge in Washington. After hours of sorting I finally managed to condense six hours of aerial flight into 5 minutes! If you get a chance to relax a few minutes this weekend come and view the breathtaking variety of the snowy Alaska mountain range
