We went to the Rod Run to the End of the World in Long Beach, Washington last weekend, forcing me to break out of the mold a bit. It's so hard to figure out a way to process these pix, since there are so many distracting things around them. I selected it in Photoshop and then tried out a "Smart Blur," which to my surprise gave me this effect!
