I try to post an image daily, tho I don't necessarily shoot an image daily. I find it takes a lot of perseverance just to get a shot processed and loaded every day, and the discipline stretches me to continually improve my skills.

synapped > You Turn My World Upside Down! Continuing with the Valentines theme... I saw these ostriches at the Wildlife Safari in southern Oregon and had stopped to get pix of her. The male came running up and just hopped onto her and had his way with her. He would slowly weave back and forth, moving his head up and down and around. It was totally amazing! synapped > Breakthrough For a better view of the dewdrops, this one needs to be viewed X2 or so :-) I finally got out for some fog shots today. I need to learn better metering control, especially when the sun's breaking thru the fog. Any suggestions? Also in the Landscapes gallery
synapped > Love and Marriage! (Sinatra does it best) The new ROAR exhibit at the Oregon zoo is pretty fascinating. One lion and two lionesses are learning their roles. See a couple more shots in the Critters gallery and see what the fighting was all about :0)
synapped > Dory, the Blue Fish This one was also at the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport. Check out the ISO in my exif data! And even with that, this is the sharpest shot I could get.
